· Administration & Configuration Know-How for Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server including installation, performance tuning, backup and recovery activities

· Topic ownership, such as overseeing database systems or aspects of it (e.g. performance)

And what do we expect from you?

· Bachelor / Master degree in Computer Science or similar degree

· Solid understanding of concepts behind Relational Database Management Systems and SQL

· Administration & Configuration Know-How for Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server including installation, performance tuning, backup and recovery activities

· Familiarity with cloud environments and maintenance of hybrid system architectures (mix of on-premise and cloud system infrastructure)

· Experience with database monitoring tools and performance analysis, as well as data exchange technologies (mass data import, mass data export, cloning)

· Strong experiences with SQL scripting, database trigger mechanisms, table indexing and execution plans

· Knowledge of different Operating Systems, such as Windows Server, Linux and Unix derivates

· Good documentation and communication skills and ability to understand customer requirements

· Good German und fluent English skills
