Job Description – Senior Support Engineer:
- Having 2 to 3 Years’ experience in Teamcenter.
- Hands-on experience in Teamcenter Support, AWC & Modules like Change Management, Workflows, Organization, Access Manager, Preferences.
- Knowledge in support process is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Teamcenter 2T/4T architecture
- Good analytical, Problem -Solving & communications skills.
- Should have hands-on experience in customer interaction.
- Should have hands-on experience in customer front facing.
- Should have good documentation & training skills.
