Job Description – Senior Support Engineer:

  • Having 2 to 3 Years’ experience in Teamcenter.
  • Hands-on experience in Teamcenter Support, AWC & Modules like Change Management, Workflows, Organization, Access Manager, Preferences.
  • Knowledge in support process is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in Teamcenter 2T/4T architecture
  • Good analytical, Problem -Solving & communications skills.
  • Should have hands-on experience in customer interaction.
  • Should have hands-on experience in customer front facing.
  • Should have good documentation & training skills.
